Mari Weiss received her Master of Fine Arts from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, appearing in shows with such NCC luminaries as Crystal Carson and Todd Nelson. Her first film work was as The Waitress in Todd’s Landscape with Waitress which starred then senator, David Landis. She did a season of Nebraska Repertory appearing in Crimes of the Heart and How The Other Half Loves.
She returned to her native Chicago where she originated the role of Alice in the cult stage hit The Real Live Brady Bunch, performing it in New York and Los Angeles. Her L.A. Theatre credits include The Lively Lad (ZooDistrict), Dancing at Lughnasa (Knightsbridge), and she received an LA Weekly award for the hilarious Oh Sister, My Sister! She has also performed her original work around L.A.
Her television credits include: Mad Men, CSI, Desperate Housewives, ER, Without A Trace, to name a few, as well as hundreds of commercials. As a voice-over artist, she’s done everything from commercials to Animation (Happy Feet, Duckman, HBO’s Crashbox) to video games (Guild Wars, Thor, Mass Effect) â€“ if it’s needed a voice, she’s done it.
