Are you a low budget filmmaker who thinks SAG actors are too expensive? Want to know the difference between the Student, Short, or Ultra-Low Budget Contracts? Are you an actor with questions about joining SAG? Our guest at Monday’s Salon may be able to help you.  Paul Bales is Director of SAGIndie, the Guild’s program for outreach to independent filmmakers. He will download us with all kinds of great resources for filmmakers, actors, casting directors.  According to the SAGIndie website (www.SAGIndie.com), this organization is a gentle and loving union between the hard working thespians of the world and the passionate filmmaking mavericks who buck the system.  As always, there’ll be lots of down-home schmoozing and good ol’ Nebraska door prizes.
