The Dynamic Duo! Our special guests for March are a married powerhouse writing team. They deliver their creativity to work that spans television, film, and literature. One has made groundbreaking contributions to iconic TV series and high-profile studio collaborations. The other, a dynamic author, expertly blends fiction and non-fiction while navigating both traditional and self-publishing with ease. Together they craft innovative, captivating content that leaves a lasting mark on their loyal and eclectic fan base.

LOCATION UPDATE: We’ll be gathering at CATCHER IN THE RYE bar, an idyllic space for these writers to connect, collaborate, and share inspiration with YOU. See you on Monday, March 10th at 8pm!

STEVEN L. SEARS has worked as a Writer, Story Editor, Producer, and Creator in Television, Film, digital media and animation. His lengthy career has encompassed over fifteen separate Television series including XENA: WARRIOR PRINCESS, SHEENA,  TRANSFORMERS: RESCUE BOTS, & WALKER, TEXAS RANGER. He has development deals with many major studios in the industry, including COLUMBIA STUDIOS & SONY/TRISTAR TELEVISION. He is a contributor to THE LAST CITIES OF EARTH anthology. His partnership with popular sci-fi author Kevin J. Anderson (DUNE: HOUSE ATREIDES) has resulted in the gritty futuristic sci-fi graphic novel STALAG-X.

JESSICA BRAWNER, a versatile author hailing from Southern California, delves into both non-fiction and fiction realms with finesse. Her expertise spans from topical books on improving social interactions & the business of speaking and performing at libraries, to crafting captivating urban fantasy and steampunk tales. Published works include THE FIRST SIN, SAPPHIRE EYES ARE SMILING, & THE LIBRARY. She has a blend of traditional publishing and self-publishing experience and finds that she prefers the latter. She shares her creative journey with her husband, Steven.
