Michelle Scarbrough was born and raised in Blair, Nebraska. While attending college in Florida, she booked her first band and put on her first concert. She realized the concert biz was her calling and she was on her way to becoming an agent.

Working her way up through band management and concert venue marketing, she made her way to LA and International Creative Management. She started at ICM as the 2nd assistant to the head of the Concerts Dept. Before long she was an agent herself and booking such diverse acts as Aretha Franklin, Beach Boys, Jay Leno, Alice in Chains, Kathy Griffin, Gym Class Heroes, Bob Saget, Jon Stewart and many more.

Michelle’s niche now is in discovering and booking bands and comedians for ICM. But she’s never left behind her roots in Nebraska, and she looks forward to sharing her story with you at the May Salon.
